Ongoing Activities

Weekly Mass: All students are expected to be attending Mass on a regular basis here at Saint Bridget.   Students who are not will be asked to postpone receiving the sacrament of Confirmation.   Please make sure to put your name in the Confirmation basket (located at the back of the Church and/or auditorium) before Mass begins.   The basket will be brought forward during Mass and the Confirmation students prayed for during intentions

Stewardship: Sundays during 11am Mass-babysitters are needed, contact Lisa Kropp 649-9479 if you'd like to help (volunteer 2 times for 1-stewardship credit)

Prayer and Liturgy ongoing:  Daily Mass – Monday, Tuesday and Friday 5:30pm

 Prayer and Liturgy ongoing opportunity: There is a need for students to be part of the Hospitality Ministry.  The Hospitality ministry means welcoming people at Mass, helping them find seats and passing out the bulletins.  There will be training provided and students will be asked to make a regular (once a month) commitment.   They may choose the Mass they regularly attend.  If interested please contact parish office to find out when the training will be held.

 Prayer and Liturgy ongoing opportunity: Students who are Liturgical Ministers (lectors, altar servers, greeters or in choir) may use these ministries to fulfill the Prayer & Liturgy component if they attend the training and participate in the Mass.  If you have any questions Eileen Carroll at 643-2403 ext. 17      

Justice: Fair Trade Coffee – After the 9 am Mass in the cafeteria, must help with 3 weekends to earn 1 Social Justice. Check calendar for Sunday dates.

Justice : Haiti Nite – Activities to help the people in Haiti. Check calendar for the 4th Thursday of every month 7-9 pm.

Justice: Work with the Visitation Committee to visit homebound parishioners

 Class: All Classes are required.  If you need to miss a class due to an emergency, contact Eileen to schedule a makeup class.
