The St. Bridget student is to display and expect fair treatment. Courtesy and respect
should be shown at all times. The general guideline is do unto others as you would have
them do unto you. Specific rules will be set by teachers and discussed in the
beginning of the year.
Discipline Policy
Following the discussion of rules, the procedure will be:
First offense: Child will be told what was wrong and will be issued a
verbal warning.
Second offense: Child will be told what the infraction was and the DRE
and parents will be notified.
Third offense: Child will be removed from the classroom, parents will be
contacted and the child and parents will be invited to join the Family based RE program.
Serious problems where the student has harmed himself, another student/teacher or
private property will result in the child being removed from the class immediately with
the parents and DRE being notified as soon as possible.
Dismissal
Parents and guardians are expected to pickup students on time at the end of Religious
