May 4 Sunday Class	6:15 - 8:00pm Meet in the Church
May 10 Saturday Justice J	Special Olympics - The event I have coming up will be MAY 10 a Saturday and we will be at WEAVER HIGH SCHOOL in Hartford, we will be doing the TRACK running events times would be aprox. 8AM to 4PM Lunch will be provided that is why pre-registration is needed so we can plan Jobs will be Staging, escorts, timing, keeping a eye on the events for infractions, runners of heat sheets and results, etc. If you are interested in this event PLEASE let me know by APRIL 28th at the latest at Fran.Cappuccio@otis.com ……... but right up to the event I can more then likely still work you in

May 22 Thursday Justice J	Haiti night - Help package items to be shipped to Haiti meets in the garage - use side door.

May 27 Thursday Justice J	SPECIAL OLYMPICS-The next event will be JUNE 7th and 8th a Saturday and Sunday Location is actually Southern CT. State College in New Haven…. But we will take a bus out of Farmington We will be doing the race walk events Times will be Early (say maybe 6AM if you use the bus, Events start about 7:30 that's why the bus leaves so early)….. to around 5PM we should be back by Coffee/juice and doughnuts in the morning (if taking the bus), Lunch and a great picnic dinner will be provided Jobs will be staging, escorts, timing, judges, awards, runners of heat sheets and results etc. If interested in this one for one day or both PLEASE let me know by MAY 27th at the latest… Fran.Cappuccio@otis.com .. Also not to scare you but tell me if you will be taking the bus like I said it will be leaving early…..
