Dear Parents, Although it seems like it is barely spring, it is time to begin thinking about religious education classes for next year. Grades K-6. will be held in school on Tuesday 3:45-5:00pm., snack sold at 3:20 Grade 6-8 All grade 6-8 classes will all be held in the school on Sunday evening several times a month from 6:15-8:00. This change will make it easier for parents who in the past have had students in class on different nights or on the same night in different places. It will also allow teachers to work together to share ideas and make it easier to use the resources (videos etc) that are available in the office. Fees: For the past nine years the tuition fees have remained at the same level even as area parishes raised their fees. The cost of everything from paper to postage has increased and reluctantly we must increase our tuition. The new tuition is $40.00 per child, with a family cap of $120.00. If you have an extenuating circumstance that prevents you from making this payment, please do not hesitate to contact our office. Although it is a necessity for us to cover our costs, it is important to us that your child not lose out on this significant part of their spiritual education. Registration: In order to have books, teachers and space available for all students in our program we need to know how many students will be enrolled in the fall. To make registration easier and to save on postage, we are going to offer registration on the last day of class. Registration will be offered on the following dates. May 1st and May 8th, Tuesdays at 4-5pm in CAFETERIA May 5th, Saturday 9:30-11:30 in auditorium during Family study May 6th, Sunday, 6:30-8pm in RE office during Confirmation class You may choose any one of these dates to come in and register or print a registration form online and mail. Book orders and supplies will be ordered by June 1, in order to take advantage of reduced shipping costs. Registrations of returning students after that date may be charged a late fee.
